Canoodle is the brand that started it all off and remains the flagship of our company. Canoodle stands for top quality ingredients presented with the finesse of restaurant meals at street food prices. Expect to see a whole spectrum of cuisines represented on the menu from Malaysian to Thai and Cambodian to Vietnamese.

Franks Fine Pizza

Because even we like a change from Asian food occasionally, we also have a mobile wood-fired pizza oven for thin and crispy Neapolitan style pizzas. We’ve not tried to re-invent the wheel here, when something is perfect to begin with why change it?

Launched just three years ago in 2017 Kowaca has taken street food venues by storm with a fusion menu of American diner food with a Korean kick. If you like your food down and dirty and dripping in filthy flavour Kowaca is the brand for you.

WAFL

It probably won’t come as a surprise that Wafl is our dessert brand but don’t expect to see the usual Belgian waffles because we serve Vietnamese pandan waffles featuring pandan extract to give the waffles a gorgeous green colour whilst also using coconut milk in place of dairy.

Food Markets

Markets form part of the very DNA that make up Canoodle. Not only did the present-day Canoodle start at Digbeth Dining Club in 2013 but it’s forerunner, The Happy Noodle Company, starting trading at the Holliday Wharf Craft & Antique Market in Birmingham twenty years earlier in 1993. Today Canoodle can be seen at the very best Street Food markets in the Midlands including Digbeth Dining Club in Birmingham, Bustler and Street Food Social in Derbyshire and Northampton Bite. Canoodle currently has plans to expand further into Wales and the West Country as well as additional locations throughout West and East Midlands.

Corporate Events

Canoodle has had the privilege to work with many blue chip companies in the last seven years such as Microsoft, Apple, Hyundai and the National Trust but we are equally as happy offering a bespoke service to small companies as we are to multinationals. We have the full range of mobile kitchens from 3 metre, 4.5 metre and 6 metre gazebos up to our 7 metre converted livestock trailer to ensure we can cater for any sized event, feeding up to 200 employees or guests per hour.
